Return Process

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and applicators are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
